My name is Jess and I am a licensed physical therapist practicing in the state of Connecticut. I graduated from the University of Hartford with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree is 2022. 

I started my career off working at Gaylord Hospital in outpatient orthopedics, where I developed a strong manual therapy and exercises programming skills. I am a strong advocate for evidence-based approaches to health. I rely on peer-reviewed articles as evidence to what I teach my clients, so that you can be confident that you will see results. 

I decided to launch my own business to bring those skills closer to home so I could spend more time with my loved ones. 

My fitness passions include running, yoga, boxing, and weightlifting. In my free time, you can find me hiking, relaxing on the beach, and playing with my dogs.
